Palp and beans or akala just as i returns from church, white rice and steu in d aftnun and yam added to the rice in d night.

eba in d morning, fufu for afternoon and amala for night..... I dey enjoy sunday all d time

Our own is pounded yam with egusi soup! Fish,meat,orishirishi!

Without rice and stew you have not defined a sunday for me.

as simple as it may sound i love white rice and beans with stew

on sunday morning is tea and bread, in the afternoon is pounded yam with egusi and vegetable and in the evening is rice and beans with stew. No carryover at all

When dish com turn to food wey dem dey eat again? Na watch we dey watch dish on sunday, we no dey eat dish for our house.

lobster bisque in a white wine sauce...
tender sirloin cutlets marinated with a port
sour mamarlade.
tender shoots of asparagus in a garlic butter
marinade.
washed down with a bottle of 75 vintage stone creek pinot noir.
and a good cuban cohiba cigar and a snifter of henry the 5th chivas regal for digestion.
