I think am now having some kind of eye defect, am an addict of computers, i stay online many hours every day , though i can see and read clearly outside the pc, is this a kind of eye defect or what should i do?

If you know you must read from your pc olwaz, there are lil tips you can adopt to kip you going without issues. You might wanna reduce the light sensitivity of ur computer screen, try to olwaz kip distance btw ur eyes and the screen and at least every hour while reading, look away from the screen for 5mins.

Thanks i tried using my mums reading glass and am quite comfortable reading again on screen, mum has myopia, is it advisable to continue using her glasses?
