One thing about heroes in movies is that most of them make good villains too
Hence my list..
Note: This is my personal opinion so easy with your judging

1. Joker - The Dark Knight
I love every villain in the Batman series but you can't deny the Fact that The joker is the best of them He played his role excellently well

2. Voldermort - Harry Potter Series
Harry Potter itself is an epic movie with a lot of interesting characters. Draco Malfoy was also an interesting antihero but I think Voldermort was better

3. Killian - Iron Man 3
The villains of Iron Man really did deliver but there's always gonna be a best amongst them. For me, Guy Pierce did great acting with the role He played.

4. John Kramer (Jigsaw) - SAW
It's disgusting, Yeah still anyone that has good taste in movies wouldn't deny how fun the psycho's games were

5. Davy Jones - Pirates of the Caribbean series
No matter how often I watch the movies, it never loses its sweetness. It's just one great movie with an interesting villain too.

6. Loki - 'Thor' and 'The Avengers'
Marvel is still the best studio and these movies are testimonies to the claim. Loki did a good acting. it deserves to be here.

7. Magneto - X-men series
Good protagonists make better villains. Ian McClellan is an example of what I mean. We all love the X-men movie Thanks to him

8. Doctor Octopus - Spiderman 2
Spiderman 2 remains my best part of the Spiderman series and It's box office wasn't a mistake. Doctor Octopus was my best villain in the series seconded by the Green goblin.

9. Saruman - Lord of the Rings trilogy
I didn't forget our epic LOTR This movie will forever remain one of my best. I get emotional and nostalgic whenever I'm re-watching this movie Saruman indeed deserves a spot on this list for best villainy

10. Commodus - Gladiator
This was a very great movie with a disappointing sequel Russell Crowe blessed the movie with his good acting and the antagonist did the rest

Bill the butcher - Gangs of new York
Anton Chigurh - no country for old men
Col. Hans Landa - 'Inglourious Bastards'
Don Logan - 'Sexy Beast' (Ben Knightly )

For me the most memorable villains are of the 21st cent movies are;

The Joker (The Dark Knight)- No need to elucidate.

Bane (the Dark Knight Rises)- Fantastic execution of the character, I loved his physicality.

Dr Octopus (Spiderman 2) - His fight, motives and death were cliche but he still pulled it off fantastically.

Col Hans Londa (Inglorious Bastards) - I just wanted to watch him die five times over.

Agent Smith (The Matrix) - No need to say more.

Nomak "The Reaper" (Blade 2) - I just loved this dude's bloodlust and his deranged get-em-at-all-costs attitude. He made the movie for me.

Honorary mentions goes out to Lord Voldermort, Magneto and General Zod. I haven't added the dude from the "No Country for old Men" cos I haven't seen it.

Spawn was a creature that came to mind but offcourse his an antihero but he damn scary and is from hell hence d name hell SPAWN

Orochimaru he's probably d one amongst few villans who wants to live forever just to learn, now isnt dat psychotic

villans these days are made simple and a bit dull.
How many ppl recall d bad guy whose face got screwed up from punisher 2 sick ish
or d real Mandarin from the iron man franchise.
