How Can The Stock Market Help An Average Nigerian? by fisayo: 6:27am On Jun 12, 2006 |
Hi! I've been wondering how participation in the stock market can help an average Nigerian. By average, I mean your next door neighbour, your customer in the market (grocery store? ), etc. Recently, there has been an explosion in the Capital market with IPOs coming very regularly from banks. Obviously, more people are participating in the sector but can it help them? Or is there a class that the market can help? I sincerely would love your opinions. |

if your target is 5 years. Pull in a fixed deposit with a bank for 5 years, and arrange on annual interest returns, and see how it can be . Buying meagre stock especially in Nigeria is not a good idea. |
