^You fail to understand. The Bible is a guide and shouldn't be altered. you must study it, meditate on it so you don't miss your path. Jesus is the Word of God, nothing or no one is. You simply lack understanding.

It's the truth, take it or leave it. No where in the Bible did Jesus or the apostle say the scriptures is the Word of God, it's just an account. JESUS IS THE WORD.

It's an account of things that happened. it isn't anyone's words per se.

Dear Vick, what happen to the scripture being written by men but inspired by God? Granted that, not every word in the scripture is God's word, but every word was conceived and written by men by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost for reprove, correction, admonition and righteousness, and that Holy Ghost is no other person than Christ Jesus Himself, in the heart of men confirming the Word.

The bible is a combination of The Torah, Tanakh and New Gospel/testament.

The first two are jewish laws and holy guide- the jews believe the Torah was given to Moses by Yahweh himself. So its the pure word of God.

However The Tanakh has been compiled by the romans, its the compilation of books and letters written by great jewish theologists and philosophers.

The New testament is supposedly written by the apostles of Jesus but the Romans have done so much modifications on it. The New testament is the must untruthful part of the bible.

Being able to capture the difference between the 'Logo' and 'Rhema' will be of help.

Without Logo, no Rhema. So also, without the Scriptures, no Word of God.

He that is not led by the spirit of God wouldn't get any Rhema, despite dwelling on Logo for years. So also, You will never know the Word of God, if Scriptures is not properly and guidedly meditated on!

Logo could be termed as Rhema for those that are filled, and also the Scriptures can be taken to be the Word of God.

The Word of God is Jesus which is made known by the Scriptures!

I think one might easily misunderstand the aim of the thread judging from the title of the thread.

It could have been better to say Jesus is "The" word of God while the bible is "a written aspect of the word of God"
This is because, not every thing written in the bible is an account per say, some are actually instruction given directly by God.

How did this relate to my post?

This has been a confusion to many, there's a big difference between Word (uppercase "W") and word (lowercase "w"). If you don't understand the difference as and when used in scripture, you mix it up. It's just same as scripture saying Christ is the Son of God and we, christians are the sons of God but you know there's a difference between the divine nature in us and divine nature of Christ. Study it!
