gurnam: Ojukwu's father- Sir Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu was the first millionaire in the black world and the first black man to own a house and live among the Europeans and Colonial Masters in Ikoyi.. Ikemba's father's money was used in establishing the Nigerian Stock Exchange (formerly Lagos Stock Exchange).. When Queen Elizabeth visited Nigeria in 1956, Ikemba father's Limousine was hired by FG for Queen Elizabeth to ride in it.. With these feats is it not a statement of fact that Anambrans owns 65% of Lagos, of which Joe Igbokwe serving in Fashole government has since confirmed.. Anambrans are very much instrumental in Lagos that is why the only Igbos serving in Fashole's cabinet are all Anambrans (Ben Akabueze and Joe Igbokwe. This is in recognition of the that same fact that Anambrans own 65% of Lagos.. 6 Likes |

geeez: Dolts, you cannot eat your 'amala' and have it.. It is sold, it is sold, no return of money after payment.. When you were selling your landed properties for a pot of 'amala' you do not know..? If not that Ogun, Ekiti, Oshun, Oyo and Ondo are all rural states and requires total demolition due to infestation of sea of mud houses and rusted zincs, Anambrans would have bought it single handedly. I learnt that a choice plot of land in ekiti, oyo and oshun goes for mere 200k.. That is gonna be a sweep.. 5 Likes |

Obi and World Bank officials visited today the Nigeria's foremost Unity School- Christ the King College (CKC) Onitsha..that produced the likes of Pat Utomi, Chike Obi, Oputa, Jim Ovia, Peter Obi, Willy Obiano etc.. Obi is tackling education aggressively.. To produce more Ziks, Achebes, Chike Obis, Ojukwus, Soludos, Akunyilis, Emeagwalis, etc the list is gonna be so long if we continue.. 1 Like

It's a good development to immortalize our great leader Ojukwu and to donate 5billion to the school. I even heard the Governor is recruiting civil servants in the state. My question is, why is it that it's only during election periods that Peter Obi remembers projects? What has he been doing since he assumed office? Ngige on the other hand will only come home during elections. So, following these and other silly behaviours of those foools, I suggest Ifeanyi Uba should be given an opportunity this time. I hope he doesn't join the band wagon too |

Well, its becoming more clear what the day will look like, Ohakim did same thing in Imo state and lost to Rochas, Omehia also in River state and handed over to Amaechi. Last minute rush of syphoning state funds and scoring cheap political points. My people say " If your salary is not enough for you, surely, your overtime will never be." If all the almost 8yrs of the time you've governed Anambra state is not enough for you to impact positively on the state and convince the electorates, surely this last minute rush of yours will never do that. And lest I forget, please sir, don't put Anambra state into tragic debt or make unnecessary Promises/eye service just to make things difficult and put the next Administration in a tight corner because we've seen these things a lot in this Nation.. |

one.east3: Once again you're proving that you've never bought or inherited a piece of land in Lagos before Even the ones I've built my houses on in Lagos and Abuja are leased lands from government I own my house and the government has the right to revoke my occupancy after paying compensation When you start acquiring properties, then we can have a conversation, for now you're just a pauperized daydreamer 1 Like |

Desola: I have come to see that you're always bringing tribal sentiments even when it is not called for. Any hatred you have against the igbo race will not add anything to you. Even in your profile, you wrote something deragotary against the igbos. I'm not here to drag on any tribal sentiments with you, because it will be childish of me. But let me give you a piece of advice, take it or leave it. The more you keep on abusing the igbos, the more they keep on prospering, even more than your so-called Yorouba race that you thought are greater than igbos is never a match for igbos. You yorubas like making a whole lot of noise, while you do less and always like to be noticed, even when nobody cares if the race exists or not. An igbo man action speak louder than his words, while the reverse is the case when it comes to Yoruba man. And that's the plain truth. 1 Like |
