The issue still boils down to service provider, IT coy are not helping matters with poor network, several times transfer crippled many coy's transactions & its discouraging to them, it makes them believe in seeing a physical cash.
Better still, there are outsourcing companies that move cash for merchants, those Igbo traders that has high volume of cash should route their lodgements through them as simple as that.

CBN need to enhance electronic banking.
