I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll try to answer anyway. There is God everywhere in everyland. I don't know what the purpose of human sacrifice is. Perhaps to appease spirits or to use as surrogate for themselves.

By God I assume you mean the creator and author of all that exists. In yoruba land he is called Eledumare. Do some research and you're sure to find out about him.

I just saw a very scary article from years ago where the writer claimed prior to the 70s, some nowadays big towns were actually no go areas filled with rituals and suffering.
