1.1gb ram!(very important)
2.Atleast mali-400 GPU or Powervr540 (they may not mention it but if you see MT-6572,MT-6589 or any "MT" chips then it has a good GPU)
3.Atleast 5mp back camera and 3mp front camera.
4.1.3GHz dual core or 1.3GHz quad-core(preferable)
5.Cortex A7 or Cortex A9

You may be lucky to get all this within 30k.Search for Gmax tablet they may have it.But from 40k you will definitely get it or better.

Idrismusty97: I know the price range is what is deceiving you.I don't support favouritism or "fan of a product for life" but i will tell you some Samsung phones are too expensive for they value.I have used Samsung S2 and i will tell you that p5 that is 16k is better than that phone(don't mean to sound harsh). The best Samsung is better than the best tecno(if you can afford 120k )One thing you should also know is that tecno is targeting the poor and samsung is targeting the rich.Unfortunately the poor is more than the rich.
