I hope they pre-informed Seun about this. In any case, it's a good development for Nairaland and Seun. More popularity for Nairaland, more revenue, more formal recognition. The GTBs of this world will begin to place adverts on Nairaland.

I still believe Nairaland has huge potential. For now, Seun is not aggressive about advert, but I think there is a bigger potential. Seun needs a public relations arm that will do proposals to corporate outfits for advert and opportunities. A website that turns in 60m views per month and ranks in top 1000 websites in teh world is no joke! GTBs of this world can pay millions for advert or special communications, beyond the 228k per month advert Seun currently runs (which should also go side by side anyway - just discriminatory pricing with some add-ons/packages for the bigger corporate clients).
