A manaufacturing company urgently needs the services of a Bakery Manager who should be incharge of the bakery and ensure quality production.
Supervises the daily production of the bakery, ensures that all baked goods are produced while achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense. Confirms all baked goods are produced with highest standards of food safety and quality. Oversees and monitors the production process to create efficient daily production schedule. Works closely with the Production team and manufacturing administrative team to control, maintain and oversee inventory on finished products and loose cookies to determine production forecast.

Qualifications-First degree in relevant field with atleast, five(5) years experience in similar position.
