Are you sure you read through the article at all? The child was only four. Its people like you who maltreat other peoples children and insist their maids sleep on the hard kitchen floor. To imagine that you are a woman makes me shake my head in disgust.

Wow....just wow! The girl being Stubborn is not an excuse! Teachers should understand that each child has a behavioural trait in him/her. There are ways to tackle them, like using positive/negative reinforcement,punishment (where necessary),telling them stories that centers on their characters and the consequences etc. Teachers are their foster parent for crying out loud! This isn't fair

I really do believe there are other ways to enforce discipline other than physical violence!
