how can you apply to work for a company and not know what they do?!

it is a disgrace if you have not done your research before putting out the application!!

No wonder people dont get jobs when they apply and lay blame on the Govt or Organisations!!

It is job hunting ethics to do a research about an organisation you wish to apply for a vacancy within

it is all about the quality of application and preparedness that gets you the job at times and not just showing half-interests by sending CV's!!

it is hard i understand, but it is pointless going to an interview not well prepared, the number of rejections would just continuously swell!!
