An Average nigerian won't see a specialist for check up or treatment for such complain. I think she is aware that a gynae is the best for her before she came here for help. She can give the post a trial, its more economical and easy to go about, then if it fails, she should see her doctor. But I know d combination works.

Also try moringa. Was having some issues with my period too but now it has stabilized

My Dear, going to see a Dr over menstrual problems is no waste of time and money. Are you married? Married or not, you need to know what the problem is and resolve it once and for all. It could be you're not ovulating or other health issues. Taking drugs or herbal mixtures without knowing the cause of your menstrual problems is not to your favour.
