I eat hot fried meat on fire that was then now i don't do such.

1. I lick the laddle (cooking/dishing spoon) a lot with my tongue.
2. I return food back to the pot after putting the spoon in my mouth to taste the food.
3. I usually wash my hands into the broth after adding seasoning or salt.
4. I may bite a meat or fish to test/taste for its hardness/taste and return it back to the broth.
5. Ati be e be e lo ni!!! (as in etc, etc, etc)...

2-Hold pot or remove pot from fire with your wrapper
3-Kakabe(dust) your hand in the food when putting salt or maggi
4-Using your hand to see if your rice or beans is cooked
5-Take the big cooking spoon,to take a little soup and place in your
hand then tasting it for salt??hahaha
6-Use your bare hands to dama(smooth paste)fura,semovita,akamu
(pap)etc
7-Eat directly from the pot
8-Use your wrapper to clean sweat from your face
9-Using your wrapper to clean plate,

This is not terribly bad.Atleast you are not grinding the maggi cubes with the same hands you used to blow your nose.

Mine is using big spoon to taste the food of salt or pepper.
