You will need the follows:
A shop
Tvs
Game console(depending on the types and number of games you want e.g ps2/ps3.
Funitures e.g chairs,
Generator
Ac/fan(depending
Ups.
That all you need.

a/c or good fans are a must. a comfortable customer would have spent serious money before he knows it, if the environment is cool and enjoyable. also invest in lots of control pads, as you will likely be going through them at lightning speed if business is moving.

capital will depend on your location and what scale of business you are going for. how many consoles? how many tvs, flat screen or otherwise e.t.c. There is no fixed capital amount required.
