What's up with GTBank this morning?  I need to relocate some funds urgently so I log on to my GTBank Internet Banking Portal and the only thing I see on the webpage is my Account Status.  The Banking Menu which is always on the left of the web-page is missing and without that one is unable to perform transfers or do any banking transaction online. Is it a general problem or am I the only one experiencing this? See the screenshots. . . . . .

I'm having same issue. Called their CC and i was told my phone's browser isn't compatible yet that I should try my PC. I tried PC, same issue. At least make them bring back old portal till they fix this one. |

Something about brand and trust. I still love the bank even with their challenges. It only makes sense if such banks like gtb have challenges because no bank is perfect. They have buillt trust. It will only make more sense if they apologise for it and tell us when it will be back. |

same here. I cna't make transfer to my other account too. And the new page is very confusing as all i can see is just my account balance. GTBank should do something asap before someone gets stranded here. |

I also made some order over the weekend with my gtb naira debitcard from amazon, and now I am seeing some funny withdrawals from gtb....I just hope its a joke and they reverse the money. Anybdy with similar issues? |
