Atimes when it cuts into 2, or when the bristle sticks are pulling one after the other or even when it falls to the ground or even when I feel like changing it probably after 3 months

Use less expensive toothbrush nobody will tell you when to change, it will tell itself at proper time. Best time teller!!!

I use smokers toothbrush because of the hard bristles so I can't give a specific duration for mine. I change only when the bristles starts wearing.

It is medically wise to change at least one in 6 to 8weeks. I change mine once in two months.
