Unemployment continues to grow, b/c of our government flimsy efforts. We advice they do the right thing. Cut down retirement age to 50 yrs.
Though this needs only Political will on there path. It will create room for the youths in the job market. Encourage the elders with some seed capital from their RSA Acct, experience and the right perception on what idea the market will be receptive to. To roll out an enterprise that have more capacity to prosper.

Problems of overpopulation.

Unemployment keeps rising because the federal government is consuming most of the resources with very little ,even worse that the worst states ,to show for it.

Hello Fellow nairlanders, Nigeria is not bigger than China, USA, Brazil, Mexico to mention a few. Yet over 41.6% of their youth are not unemployed.

This situation needs a change to an entrepreneurial economy. And government alone can not do it.

Our elders, need to accept stepping aside for the youths.

From age 50, they need to start making room for the youths in the job market at-least. If not take it upon them selves to use part of their expediences, RSA acct and contacts to create an enterprise than shall shall be able to employ some 5 youth for 20-25 yrs.
