Please I need an advice on the process of demolishing building in Lagos State. I was told that one needs to get a clearance from the state Govt. but dont know which ministry is in charge of this. Thank you |

Its the town planning authority in your area, the same place you go to get permits to build that shall give you the required permit to demolish. The one in Ilupeju is (of course) on Town Planning Way, and there's one on Bishop Oluwole in VI. |
