Sometimes i look around the world and wonder if we are sleeping in Nigeria.

Such a big,rich country yet our military seem not strong enough-common local insurgents we find it hard to quell-what if a foreign nation decides to invade Nigeria,are we strong enough to hold our own...or are we just deceiving ourselves,with most of our military hardware and equipments near obsolete.
what do you think guys?

They are still using weapon bought during shagari regime,they cannt even go to war with countries like egypt,ethiopia,kenya and s/africa,i stand to be corrected.

Seriously now i knw that ignorance is killing africans now someone is comparing our military with ethiopia and kenya how can you say such a thing nigeria is fighting not just isurgency in nigeria but allover africa do you knw that boko is the highest insurgents with weapons in africa mtchwwww kenya and ethiopia with african forces couldnt even hold of al shabab from taking over somalia but in less dan a week we helped take out an insurgent that took over half of mali liberia sierraleone etc could have been a nonstop war country if not for naija military interferance dont even think any country in africa can defeat naija mtchwwww guy please go to google and check the top ten militarys in africa and stop talking rubbish

Do you know that if naija want to stop this boko in north and delta insurgence i just give it to navy in less dan 3 days it will all be over the only reason it is not happening is casualties america is stoping terrorism in pakistan by using air drones anyhow because its not in their territory let us just launch any drone missile anyhow see casualties and protesting and if you think naija dosnt have drones check this site

those countries you mentioned clearly has better military equipments,training and capabilities than Nigeria in terms of military armory and arsenal aside from kenya maybe.

if you talk like that then how come naija helped to stop the kind of war in 3 countries were they always led the military in sierra leone mali liberia naija is a non permanent member in un security council naija is one of the most influencing countries in africa remember kenya is leading AU team and still not able to defeat alshabab and u are saying ethiopia dat alshabab are still dere pls plss u shuld go back to school

They keep their armouries in their camps-the ones in our politics I don't know them-do you?
What is the use of having what we can not use-aint that waste...stop thinking with your anus.

Don't you hear in the news that the military always attack these terrorists in their camps-so we should use the drones on the camps and forests and utilise our special forces to do searches in homes.
