Nice work. You obviously have the talent but have not had an expert hand guide you.
There are good books. If these are hard to find in Naija, there are plenty of websites. Even YouTube has tonnes of videos that teach pencil drawing. You would be amazed at how much you'd improve by taking a step back and learning theory and method first.

I have personal experience and would say I am not too bad at all. Time, unfortunately, is not something I have to dedicate to this any further.

Practice, practice, practice makes perfect.
