To be frank, both schools are great. it's left for you to choose.
About the awaiting result issue, uniben won't ask for your waec result when you register for the putme. Even if they do, the awaiting result won't be a hindrance to you writing the putme. The only hindrance I know of is when you get any score between 0 and 200.
