i'm a student in the university of calabar and i'm leaving offcamp which is the trend with many student...but the problem is staying in a sefcon apartment in calabar is incredibly expensive..prices ranges from 150 to 270k.. As at dis December it looks like its gone up to 170k above for jus a freaking sefcon...most annoying thing is most of this houses dont even worth 100k to start with..... So guys how expensive are ur rents in ur different states? |
