     To really answer your question, we need to know what a church is. A church or the church is an assembly of people who share the same believe that christ came,was crucified,died,and resurrected on the third day. There life is patterned after the life of Christ and they won't trade their heavenly crown for anything in this world. They are expectant of the second coming of christ. In the midst of this  kind of people God is present

God is omini present, He is everywhere. But He is not a party to some things people at some places He sees them. It is His wish that such people may repent of their evil deeds.
