If you hv been eating faty meats in 2013; pls stop in 2014. There is one delicacy i will be introducing you to in 2014. Its is Snail meat or generally called 'Congo Meat'. In my place here in Rivers state we call it 'Agbo' ..lol. Very rich in calcium and protein and very low cholesterol content. Very medicinal too.
