admission is strictly based on ur p.jamb score man....no calculatn involved!...ma prayer sha b say make d cutof mark no exceed 70 or dat i am d only one wit 70+ in my state as marc9 stated earlier!

This thing no be joke o. Cut off marks may rise significantly this year. Almost double(6000) of last year's(3000+) number passed.

2011 cutoff was 75 or so, nt 2 sure, 2014 should b compare with 2011.

Lol. I know peeps that were admitted in C.O.C with 54, 59, 60 etc while 65 was give nothing.

6,000 applicant passed. I think all Art student passed.

Commercial did the same apart from Economics that did Mathematics.

I'l advise u guys to be analytical, b4 giving urselves HBP. The stiff competition will only take tolls on candidates dat chose highly competitive courses like MBBS, B.pharm, B.NS, LLB, CLA, ECO, and so on! Out of d 6000+ candidates dat scored above 50, 16% are MBBS(say like 900+), 12% are LLB(say like 600+), B.Ns, CLA, ECO, collectively sum up to 34%, leaving behind 38% for other courses. So u see, it wld be a misplaced speculation to generalise '50+' in post utme as 'inviable' for admission, cos 50+ stands beta chances for courses like physiology, physiotherapy,..... because those courses have lower numbers of aspirants. My advice for those who chose highly competitive courses like MBBS who scored lower dan 75 in post-utme is to wisely fill d Chnge of course online, and 'jejely' apply for vacant courses!

I think I have a problem but not so sure if it might affect me during selection..I applied for agricultural engineering but I didn't choose physics in JAMB rather English, biology, maths and chemistry but I was still invited for the post JAMB.and scored 58 do I need to change my course to one that follows the subject combo our can I ride my luck
