Schools like UNIBEN, OAU, UNN, UNIZIK, UNILAG, UNIPORT etcetra do admit 5000 to 6000 student and UI is forming FIRST AND THE BEST. I bet if they admit up to 5,000-6,000, cutoff won't be this high. |

Francis don vex sha on top UI matter. The most painful is dat ah forfeited my polyib exam without considering the consequences. Peeps re nw touring 2013/2014 page to see clues on what UI could possibly do now. Going by last year, UI released cut off alongside with COC bt this time around, they just released only the cut off ni. Will COC apply dis year. Help desk never gree answer my ticket since morning fa or e be lyk say they re also confuse. I rest all to God, even if ah dnt get mech eng, by His grace, I cn go in with physics or maths and then switch over to mech eng with 7.0 cgpa No need to laugh or doubt over the bolded cos ah knw dat His grace is upon me and if others did it, I can equally do it. |

Marc9: 1st/Merit list! Here's hw it works.... 40% is reserved for merit candidates(d ones dat beat 80), 36% is reserved for candidates frm each state(1 candidate per state), den d remaining % is reserved for ELDS. In d event there are no ELDS candidates, UI wld admit more good score candidates in supplementary list(s)! Trust me on dis! I've bn in d system and knw hw it works! Dats y I'm always cocky!why re you deceiving people?? ... there's no specific cut off for catchment area ... the released one is general... second list should be for coc not catchment... even if u get 79 , don't skip the coc ooo... or else ... 2 Likes |

Did I state dat 2nd list is for catchment? Young tommy, if u can't construe my quote, den get sm1 dat can to explain it to u. C.O.C is meant to give candidates dat didn't meet their cut-off chances to fill up vacant courses dat wld be advertised wen d C.O.C is out! I never stated dat there wld be specific cut-off for catchment. In 1st batch/merit list, what Jamb (nt UI) does is to choose candidates with d highest score frm each state(nt necessarily dat a catchment cut-off wld be stated, no!). |
