coded80: On my visit to 1 of d boss at lasu admission office today to meet him whether he can help a guy who score 44, he said the registrar recent order them not to admit any candidate with 44 or below as to enable aspirant participate in d 2nd pume which the form will be out next week according to him.he also said they will be having meeting with d registrar next week as to decide whether to consider some aspirant who are close to d cutoff mark or not,but if the registrar refuse dat means there wont be any admission list still 2nd pume,he also said the current student will soon start their 1st semester exam so the 2nd pume may be after their exam but d form will be out by next week,he also said lasu has admitted 1248 candidate of d initial 3000+
he said the following course may not be available for the 2nd pume as lasu as admitted the maximum quota
*political science
*medicine&surgery
*microbiology
*dentistry
*law
*islamic&common law
*physiology
*biochemistry
note=he said they may not be available and he never said they will not be available for d 2nd pume.
From the above course there are alternative for those who want to study them
for example
political science=political science education is available for u.
law=philosophy,history and international studies,english,mass communication,sociology are available for u.
Medicine/microbiology/biochemistry/physiology/dentistry=physical&health education,chemistry education,biology education,zoology,health education,botany,chemistry are available for u

I choose funaab initial tho waiting for second batch can some who did nt choose lasu rite the second post utme? how many questions and how do they calculate jamb and post utme? I want to put markerting what is the cutoff mark and how many do they admit in the second post utme? What is the acceptance fee and school fees of markerting student?

u can write it,d question range 4m 50 to 100,ur jamb score is allover 50 while pume is also. Overall 50,d Fees will be pasted when it is time To Resume, last pume cutoff mark is 45%,it may increase depending on d level of performance

226÷8=28.25 But lasu will write it As 28,dat means Ur jamb score is 28,let Assume dat the Pume is 100 and u got 60,dat Will be 60÷2=30,so ur pume score will be 30, ur Total score Will now be 28+30=58 and d 1st pume cutoff is 45 and d Questions Are Ur jamb combination subject question and ppt

law is a special course so special course cutoff mark are different. U know what I Mean as special course?

coded80: don't Know o because the others supplementary Are not base on merit so don't be surprise when u see someone with lower score than u on d list. Even dis just Release List was not 100% merit because I can see some people tag with “Improper shading” on d list, don't Know how they did it

So I took to u r advise and asked my younger ones to start preparing themselves for the 2nd round of post utme....I checked lasu site this morning and to my surprise I saw that the supplementary list has been released and so also the information for 2nd round of post utme....checked the 2nd round info 1st because have already zero my mind about having their names on any list due to improper shading issue, after reading the info I downloaded the supplementary list to see the name of those admitted and compare them with their scores so that I can tell them what they should be aiming for.....it was while I was checking this that I saw the name of one of them on the list despite the "improper shading" issue.

Note: we dint go to lasu for any solution and neither do we know any staff....The name was just found among the supplementary list.....Just GOD

With this said and done, I have a question to ask....
Should we apply for the 2nd round of post utme for the other one or wait maybe the name will automatically be listed in some other list?
