30th is d deadline given to skul by jamb to submit it List to them... So ABU av already submitted it's admitted candidates to jamb.. Dia4 Jamb av no problm with ABU from now to 30th.... Just keep ur finger cross and wait for ABU to paste d list in her website.

i apply for LIbrary Science and i was admitted to study it 200'lvl... Regarding Transcript ABU dozn't ask of it... U can only Submitt ur D.E slip and ur O'level result to the skul after filling d D.E form.
