At high temperature, oil viscosity is easy to become very low, and cannot form the lubrication film; when temperature is low, viscosity is easy to become high, and it is difficult to start and operate. In this case, we’ll examine the temperature of the working conditions first, and according to the different rational temperature to use lubricating oil. In addition, the speed of the ball mill machine is one of the important factors to decide use which kind lubricating oil. When using lubricating oil, we must first ensure the heat resistance and oxidation resistance of lubricating oil. For mining exploration is commonly in poor condition, so in order to prevent ball mill lubricating oil to be contaminated, and the lubricating oil should have good rust and corrosion resistance.

Preparatory work before commissioning ball mill
