Biko nu, I need your help. For sometime now, I have been feeling this slight pain on my nose. I thought it was because of the chronic Harmattan here in the east. The pain started getting worse with time. Just today I just touched as usual to soothe the pain and I felt a bulge on the surface. A friend of mine had the same thing and ended up having a very gruesome bulge that has been there for a while now. Please, I dont know what that is and I don't know how to deal with it. Please I can't afford to loose my good look so early this year.
