Fellow Nlanders i want to know if sweating too much while eating is a dangerous health issue or a good one.Because anytime i eat food i sweat like i ran 100m race,so pls some one related to health matters should help me out or should i visit medicl doc.?? I would hav posted pics but i want to knw 1st... Mods am counting on you... |

Dont eat your food when its hot. Eat warm or cold meals and watch d outcome. Hope u are not a gluttony |

Its normal.. Jst take it cool nd calm when u ar eating.. No rushing.. Also, let ur dinning room be ventillated to avoid heat... |
