Well, Increasing your metabolism  is the key and is the best way to lose weight quickly. Go on some crazy crash diets and eating minimal calories per day does not work because your metabolic rate then also enter the body into starvation mode selector.It's much better to keep eating and increase your metabolism instead this will get better results and is a lot healthier.

Regulate your meal time. Choose time which you can sit comfortably and enjoy the toast. And also divide your meals into five to six small meals which helps to maintain your metabolism. Eat fresh fruit.

I have a couple of friends who took me spot on when I wrote about Eating Disorders asking what can they do to add weight.

Some asked what they could do to get fat. My question of those times was to ask why they wanted to add some weight or why do you want to get fat . Sadly, it was due to the fact that they felt they were too slim or skinny.

My next question was : do you really want to add some weight or you want to get fat? They would look at me as though I was confused. It was at this point I thought I needed to write something about the difference between adding some weight and getting fat.
