hope you are all doing good.i need your advice on which one to choose between Zenithbank's offer  for second level marketing  or Oceanic bank's offer as marketer in entry level.the news we hear about marketing targets and attendant pressures colud be scary.please offer a genuine sincere advice.thankx

In my own opinion, in terms of pressure for targets, on the average Zenith puts more pressure on staff than Oceanic. Also, Oceanic is a generally staff friendly bank. But in terms of promotion, Zenith is better than Oceanic.

Also, consider the pay. Everything still boils down to u. Confirm the points I raised above, things might have changed.
