I posted a similar topic like this last 2 weeks but unfortunately i didnt get help.Opening of BBs are done online my brotha except for older series which can have their test point cut off before they are unlocked.I just opened 3 diff places in Ikeja last week.If you are interested shoot me a mail(femzy112@gmail.com) maybe i can be of help.
