For the past 72 hours or there about i have been unable to recharge my MTN line. IS THIS NOT A SUI ABLE OFFENSE? whats happening to the loss in business communication assuming i had MTN as my only line?

Mtn are fcking up big time.All the have to say is an apology.That is rubbish.Imagine i was trying to recharge a card and they told me"the pin number does not exist" before i know it,you have been barred from recharging.Just Imagine.

Am handicapped for the past week, can't recharge at all, aways giving the fucking excuse of Prepaid operation failed.

reserved my etisalat number, by October am getting off their network

recharge card i've been trying to recharge since on 18th was credited on 23rd. Imagine that. (5 whole days)

the bloody mtn just credited my phone wit a recharge of ova 2wks n later in d evening d problem continues for oda cards i try loading, well i guess that is another 2 weeks init?

if u want to recharge and u have a UBA card (cashcard,debit or woteva) u can use a UBA atm it works fine, i've been doing it since they'll credit ur phone directly just use the MTN recharge option

oda atm's should work too, but if u use any other than ur bank u'll pay 100naira o!

I experienced the same thing while I was there a couple of weeks ago. I tried to topup on Sat the 20th and was not able to topup till the morning of the 22nd. Family/friends also had the same problem. Geez! These people are really getting away. They would have been in serious trouble and this would have cost them a lot of money in fines, etc. were it on this end.
