WOW!!, THIS is my field. I think people don't know the different between Butter and Margarine. Margarine is an emulsion of water and Blended oils( Olein, stearine, marine oils) I think Butter is more safe for consumption than Margarine. Butter is produced solely from Milk. Mayonnaise is better than Margarine. Eggs are added to Mayonnaise which makes it more better than the GMS used in Margarine as the binding agent. But I prefer MAYO with my VALU BREAD , MMMMMMMM |
