Please who has successfully done business with this justijesu girl. It's been over 1 month and few weeks now I sent her over $200 to buy Ps4 controller and 2 games. Up till now I haven't received my package, as she said the package are being held by customs in Nigeria for months now. Is anybody here experiencing the same custom problem too? Because my mind keeps telling me I've been fleeced by this justijesu girl. I hope I am wrong. I feel like this due to the body language of the justijesu girl on BBM. I will be posting payment slip and every details of my correspondence with her

You need to address his concerns. Note that this comment by you is what a potential customer might see first and decide not to do business with you.

There is nothing i can say to him here that i haven't already addressed on Bbm, how many times does he want me to keep explaining and asking him to be patient because of this Strike ish that transpired. Even upon explaining to him, he keeps telling me he feels he has been fleeced by me, hmm I'm human and i know Customers are always right but its to an extent. I have dealt with customers money that exceeded over a million and they haven't been fleeced or even commented here, Is it $200 or $1000 that we should be arguing about?

Some of my customers have told me tales of same importers here on Nairaland owing them hundreds of thousands due to this Nahco ish. Shipping was smooth until this Nahco incident but it was quite unfortunate that his item fell amongst the Strike Saga which i already explained severally to him. So i didn't enjoy that his statement, afterall, he went through my thread before dealing with me so why telling me he has been fleeced of $200. It disheartens me!

Madam I understand your stance on this but you still owe him does explanation , that is how to treat a customer irrespective of the amount and how much explanation you have done , he his entitled to his thought and sometimes they cannot be controlled but you should still have just asked him to be a bit more patient that he isn't the only one affected . thank you and may God bless you as you do the needful.
