Undertaken simply means to guarantee som1 dat u will b responsible 4 watever happens if u couldn't fulfil ur responsibilty. Wen it coms to d issue of ur o 'level result and u didn't make physics (like E8 in physic) and normally u ar suppose to hav a credit in it but u ar actually admitted into d uni wit dat same deficient result, then u nid to sign an undertaken assuring d skul dat u will sit 4 another waec and pass physics. The penalty to unfulfilment of wat u hav written in ur undertaken is wat i cn't disclose to u cos u knw dat already.
