Bros, is it 2 or 3 coach after lintel that you do in most of your projects?

I notice some house doors are slightly taller than the average doors mostly seen around, how is this factored during construction? Does it mean these doors have to be locally fabricated? I saw an MDF one which I really loved the intimidating door height why I ask the professionals

Back to your question 2 or 3 courses of block after lintel is ok, door opening height standard is 7ft but if you planed to use specifically made door of diff height than normal standard door, it means you need to factor in this from beginning of your building mostly when you reach lintel stage.
