I have been to the waybill company. They will call you as soon as your item arrives. I knw it has taken long to get delivered but you will be called when you item arrives. I can't see the model clearly sir

But since it's 32" LED,and it can be Samsung or LG screen inside then it will cost 30k to replace it as that line can't be remove if it's vertical but if it's horizontal there is a little chance that it can be removed but when tried unsuccessfully it will pop more lines.


If I got the clear pics I would had know if it's a clone or not because Samsung rarely uses that sticker for there tv. Thanks

I was busy with something and remember that I called back

It's 1 month warranty but if after that if there any issue it will be fixed

If you want a day delivery then you will have to opt for express service via GIG LOGISTICS with insurance package or non insurance as I told you . Note no payment on delivery .

As I said above,I was busy with something but had to call back.

The price is slightly negotiable sir,you will have to pay to get other accessories like the smart remote,3D glass ,wall mount and other stuffs that you may like to get.

Hi sir

Your item has left lagos as I was told by the manager of the company,though he failed to include it on the first truck that left and that is why it hasn't gotten to you.
Although the manager told me that the driver doesn't like disclosing location of where they are and don't like picking calls on transit. I have been there couple of times to check the status of your item and have been calling you to talk with the manager who has told you that it will arrive soon.
I don't treat my customer in such way as I am not the driver of the company neither am I a representative,am just using them to send your goods. Please I deeply apologise for this and kindly show them the receipt of the waybill I sent to you so that they can knw that it's not fraud.
