Helo Dr. In de house, i just collected semen analysis result, every other interpretation is quit understood but i dont understand de language that says: MY CELL COUNT IS ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY MILLION PER ML.
PLS HELP INTERPRET THAT FOR ME.

The total normal sperm count is set at 20-150 million cells per ml of semen ejaculated. So, if you ejaculated about 3 mls of semen @ the value you got, then it means the total spermatozoa per ejaculate is 360 million.

So, at your value you shouldn't have fertility issues if the motility, morphology, liquifaction, and other parameters analysed are normal.

You must also not that the female factor to ferttility is also there .
