Jonathan north is sent to the northern part of Georgia to kill seperatists. The same group of seperatists seems to have abducted his younger brother Robert. Jonathan is then cut out between loyalty to his duty and country and feelings for his brother. Jonathan is ordered to take out a drug runnuing lord (vasilisk) during the course of the game jonathan would undertake 26 core missions The overall objective is to take out a powerful group( 23 society) whose influence is causing havoc in the country The group has developed and trained a legion of physically psycologically hardened individual to do tyheir biddings. When Jonathan aids one of the seperatists leaders she gives him information on where to find the remaning 23 society group members. Unbeknownst to the public, the affected augmented received implanted technology designed to control them by the shadowy illuminati organisation, which is abused by a rogue member of the group to discredit augmentations completely. The Illuminati successfully conceal the truth behind rumors and disinformation, while the augmented are now outcasts from normal humans in an era of "mechanical rule". The player character is Adam Jensen, an augmented former private security officer now working with interpol to capture a terrorist group of augmented humans.
