Get etisalat huawei e303 modem. Unlock it and buy mtn night plan (3gb for 9t plan + 1.5gb that can be used 247). The modem is about 4k at etisalat office. The mtn night plan is 2k5. I'm using it to update my ipad2 ios. The network u use largely depends on the strength of the signal in ur area. |
