probably thats my item. I order since August 13th and he keeps giving me different date of pickup. I dont even know the status of the laptop anymore

I think thats someone else's Toshiba. Will check the manifest and mail you back later tonight or tomorrow.

"No bootable device" Hard drive has been shifted from lock position during shipping. Just push it back in. When you turn the laptop upside down with the bottom facing you-the hard drive slot is to your right.
