Hi all. Do you all remember the dell mini lagtech said he sent to my usa address ending of 2014? That's the last netbook from my May 2014 order. I was just notified it's available for pickup after it departed USA last week friday...i'll upload photo when I pick up later in the day or monday.

NOW,WHY THE STORY?

I called Jimmy to ask about air cargo with compact logistics and he said he hadn't heard anything from them...I am not a pro in air frei from the usa but at least in my experience I have access to information and can give my clients real time information. This compact logistics that has shipped air cargo for months and doesn't provide info except texting to come pick up is not worth using. I think it's high time lagtech took them by their bal*s and made them squeak...I think he's been too complacent about this issue and left clients at an awful point. If only I knew this i'd have "jejely" paid the high price of my shipper and sent my Elitebooks through him instead of lagtech's clueless,confused and uncaring shipper. I have harassed and called Jimmy so much that all I feel for the guy now sef is pity because all he can do is "wait for pickup SMS".
We have entered this one chance and can only pray the nightmare ends ASAP. I'm part of the ordeal too...I have tonnes of laptops n parts i'm waiting for too and no funds to pursue other avenues so I feel every pain too contrary to a few opinions that I'm part of the OP's "team".

Many times I have encountered people who call you names and I have insisted that you are genuine.
I have not spared you though, for not frequently updating atleast week to week info on your activities regarding this business. Your customers are angry and you know customers are the wheels that roll the business, you have no option now than to put more effort to make sure we sustain this trust we bestow on you.

Then it occurred to me to check the latest updates and I clicked the last page only to find angry customers, the excitement in my face quickly vanished as my mouth was left ajar with occasional "na wao" escaping from it

Go ahead and make your transactions as the problem is being resolved. One important quality of good importer or exporter is 'PATIENCE' sometimes we encounter delays and many times it moves smoothly.
Let it not be an excuse for you not to venture into import/export business.

One thing I know for sure is that Lagtech is working tirelessly to resolve pending issues.
I look forward to doing bigger transactions with him as it is very clear to me now that Lagtech is one of the most reliable persons to do business with.
I have tested him and I trust him.
