D Holy Spirit is ever near dose who call upon God in truth, while He is distant 4rm dose who call upon Him in pretence or who hardly pray. In James 4:8, we re enjoined to draw near to God. How? One way to do dis is by praying. When u pray, u provoke d Holy Spirit to come closer to help u. If u fail to pray,u keep Him at bay. If u pray intensely nd effectively enough, He will descend upon u nd even dose around u.
