@tesiday: You can submit your domiciliary to any foreign government for whatever purpose that you need it for. My cousin who just got a job in one of the African countries had to do the same thing. @Tboss: I first heard about the true-stamp thing on social media and it really makes a lot of sense... Thanks so much. actually a pal of mine got a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Foreign scholarships for a PhD programme, they requested for his account so that they can pay his monthly Stipends, Research Grants and Relocation allowances. He then ask me if he could submitt his FBN Domicilary account or simply open a Saudi Account. thanks, i will send him these replies. |
