screening form is out. Ladoke Akintola
University of Technology, Ogbomoso
(LAUTECH) invites all candidates who made
LAUTECH either their first choice of
institution in the Joint Admissions and
Matriculations Boards Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME)
conducted in April 2014 and those that did
not take LAUTECH as their choice but are
interested in LAUTECH to a Post-UTME
Screening Exercise.
candidate must have a score of 180 and
above to be qualified for the screening
exercise.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are to proceed to the admissions
website of the University
www.admissions.lautech.edu.ng to make
payment of non-refundable fee of Three
Thousand Naira (N3,000) only for the
purpose of online registration for the
screening and result checking, using
Interswitch enabled Debit Cards (ATM). An
Eligible candidate is expected to carefully
complete and submit the online application
form only on LAUTECH website. Incomplete
application forms will not be treated.
In completing the online application form, a
candidate is expected to upload a digital
copy of his/her scanned passport
photograph which must be in JPEG (i.e. jpg)
and must not be more than 20kb. The
photograph must be in white background
showing ears, with no cap and glasses.
On submission of the application form a
candidate is to print out an
Acknowledgement page which assigns him/
her the venue of the screening exercise.
SCREENING DATE
LAUTECH Post UTME 2014 Screening
Exercise will hold between Wednesday July
30th to Saturday August 2nd 2014. The
screening exercise will be conducted
through E-Examination-Computer Based
Testing (CBT) on the University campus in
Ogbomoso.
DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES
Lautech DE screening exercise will hold on
Thursday August 14th, 2014 by 10:00 am at
the SIFAX Lecture Theatre. Screening will be
through oral interview.
Direct Entry candidates are expected to
attend the screening exercise with the
following:
a. Original copy of O’level result(s).
b. Original copy of certificate/statement of
result as applicable.
c. DE registration prints-out from JAMBs’
website.
d. Aknowledgement page print-outs from
the online registration.
Applicants are also expected to have
forwarded their academic transcript directly
to the Registrar of the University before the
date of the screening/interview.
Any candidate with blurred or unclear
picture on the acknowledgement page will
not be admitted for the screening exercise
as the photograph will be used as means of
identification.
Any candidate who fails to present himself/
herself for the screening exercise as
scheduled will not be considered for
admission.
Applicants are advised to come for the
exercise with their Acknowledgement page
prints-out from the online registration. The
use of cell phones (GSM,CDMA,PDA) and
other electronic devices is NOT ALLOWED
during the screening.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
The application form will be available online
for completion and submission until Friday
July 25th, 2014. Please note that late
completion/submission of forms will not be
entertained.

NSUK
Nasarawa State University, Keffi NSUK Post
Utme 2014 registration in on. This is to
invite candidates who have chosen
Nasarawa State University, Keffi as their
FIRST CHOICE (UTME & Direct Entry) and
scored the required Minimum National Cut-
off Point of 180 and above for the 2014
UTME and lower credit for Direct Entry to
the POST-UTME/DE Screening Test.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Candidates are to make a payment of
N2,000.00 (two thousand naira)
administrative charges for the Post-UTME/

The Federal University of Technology, Akure

Exercise scheduled to hold from

ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who made The Federal
University of
Technology, Akure (FUTA) their Institution of
Choice and scored a minimum of 180 marks
in the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation
Examination (UTME), which was conducted
by the Joint Admissions Matriculations
Board (JAMB). Direct Entry candidates are
also eligible to sit for the pre-admission
test.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are required to:

UNILORIN

The University of Ilorin invites all candidates
who have applied for admission into the
University as First Choice either through
UTME or Direct Entry, to visit the University
of Ilorin website, www.unilorin.edu.ng, for
details of the procedure for the Pre-
Admission Screening Exercise.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Registration for the Pre-admission
screening will commence on Sunday 13th
July and end Wednesday 23rd July, 2014.
SCREENING DATE:
The Pre-admission Screening Exercise is
scheduled to take place from Monday, 21st
to Saturday 26th July, 2014 using Computer
Based Test (CBT) platform at Ilorin and
Lagos Centres.
The deadline for the online registration is
23rd July, 2014. However, candidates
awaiting results but who have registered on
or before 23rd July, 2014 have the
opportunity to submit their results online
on or before 15th August, 2014 when the
portal will be closed.
2013/2014 Remedial Students should await
further instructions for their registrations.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must have:
Scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2014
UTME for all courses except those for which
higher cut off marks have been specified on
the University website;
Made the University of Ilorin their first
choice either at UTME or Direct Entry (DE)
and;
Obtained Five (5) Credits in relevant ‘O ’
Level subjects, at not more than two sittings
except in MB;BS where only one sitting is
acceptable.
Eligible candidates should visit the
University website www.unilorin.edu.ng to
complete their registration online. Assessing
the University website through any of
search engines may lead to redirection to
other websites not associated with the
University.
The University charges N1,000.00 (One
thousand Naira) only for the CBT exercise
and N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira) only
for the University processing fee.

Note:
Candidates for the pre-admission screening
exercise are advised to be decently dressed.
Candidates with indecent dressing will not

(ii) UTME candidates must have a minimum
UTME score of 180, except for those
courses for which higher cut-off marks have
been indicated on the University Website in
which case such candidates are eligible to
change to any other course whose
requirements are met by the candidates.
(iii) All candidates must possess a minimum
of five ‘O’ level credits including
Mathematics and English Language at not
more than two sittings in subjects relevant
to their proposed courses. In addition,
Direct Entry candidates must possess a
minimum of Lower Credit at National
Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma
levels or Merit at NCE level.
(iv) Only ‘O’ level result print-outs
downloaded directly from the websites of
the National Examining Bodies (WAEC/
NECO/NABTEB) or photocopies of original
certificate(s) will be accepted for
verification.
(v) Candidates awaiting results must submit
such results not later than Wednesday, 15th
October, 2014.

ABSU

Abia State University, Uturu ABSU post utme
2014 screening details is out. All candidates
who selected Abia State University as their
first choice in the 2014 utme and scored
180/or above are invited to the 2014 post
UTME screening exercise.
APPLICATION METHOD
Eligible candidates are required to make a
payment of Two thousand, seven hundred
and fifty naira (2,750) only to obtain an
ABSU post-YTME registration scratch card at

2.Eligibility
Candidates who scored a minimum of 180
points in UTME are eligible to sit for the

180 points but below 200 points shall be
considered for screening under

UTME Screening
Registration for the screening exercise will

200.00 for the screening exercise. This is
exclusive of bank administrative charges of
N200.00.
To make the payment, candidates are
advised to visit the University PUTME
registration portal (putme.abu.edu.ng) and
Generate a Transaction Payment Slip, print
the slip and proceed to any of the
designated banks below for payment.
Candidate are to use their Jamb registration
number as their username and their
respective state of origin as password for
login in.
After making payment in any of the

to the PUTME portal (putme.abu.edu.ng) to
finish up their registration and schedule for

Abeokuta (FUNAAB) are hereby invited to

Applicants are advised to confirm the

Eligibility for Post-UTME Screening
Exercise:
Only candidates who sat for the 2014/2015
Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination
(UTME) with correct subject combination
and have scored a minimum of 200 marks
in the examination are eligible to take Post-
UTME Screening Test.
Direct Entry Candidates who have applied to
JAMB for admission into the Federal
University of Agriculture, Abeokuta
(FUNAAB) are ONLY invited to register on-
line for admission to 200 and 300 Levels.
They are exempted from Post-UTME
Screening Test, but they must do online
registration.
The applications must be from suitably
qualified candidates who have chosen the
Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta

courses in Agricultural Programmes. The
University does not accept Agricultural
Science in lieu of Biology.
Candidates applying for Water Resources
Management should also possess a credit

Candidate seeking admission into the
Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta

Post-UTME
Direct Entry Applicants do not take Post-
UTME. However, the deadline for
submission of transcript is Wednesday, 30th
July, 2014.
Online Application Procedure:
Eligible candidates are to access the Federal
University of Agriculture, Abeokuta
(FUNAAB) FUNAAB Admission Portal , click
on “apply for admission” and enter their
JAMB Number to generate and print their
Registration Invoice stating their Reference
Number and other information on payment
of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand
Naira (N1,000.00) only exclusive of Bank
Charges.
Candidates should proceed to any of the
listed banks (nationwide) on the print-out
of the Registration Invoice and make
payment of One Thousand Naira
(N1,000.00) exclusive of Bank Charges using
the Reference Number. Ensure the bank
posts the payment through the appropriate
channel to reflect instantly on FUNNAB's
Admission Portal otherwise you will not be
able to proceed with your application.
After payment at the designated bank,
candidates are to proceed to FUNAAB
Admission Portal and complete the e-
application form.
The application opens on Tuesday, 8th July,
2014 and closes on Wednesday 30th July,
2014 (12noon).
Candidates are required to upload their
Bio-Data, O’ Level results and UTME result

No complaint of wrong Bio-Data, O’ Level

1. APPLICATION
Applications are invited from qualified
candidates
for the Lagos State University 2014/2015
Post UTME Screening Tests, for candidates
seeking admission via UTME (100 level).
These screening tests are mandatory
requirement for entry into Lagos State
University.
There shall be two rounds of Post-UTME
Screening Tests.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
(i) Candidates who have chosen Lagos State
University as their First Choice of institution,
in the April 2014 Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examinations UTME), and
have scored a minimum of 180 marks are
eligible to participate in the Post-UTME
Screening Tests.
Priority will be given to candidates who
have chosen LASU as first choice. In
addition, candidates must be at least 16
years of age.
NOTE:
Students who want to change to LASU are
eligible to apply also.
(ii) ALL Direct Entry candidates who wish to
be con
sidered for admission into Lagos State
University for the 2014/2015 academic
session and must have obtained Direct
Entry Forms from JAMB are also eligible and
must apply for the screening test. However,
these categories of applicants are
EXEMPTED from Post-UTME Screening.
Online registration is compulsory for them.
(iii) Candidates of Lagos State origin, for
100 & 2
00 levels will be required, if admitted, to
prove
their claims before the Independent
Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC)
set up by the
Lagos State University.
(iv) Candidates should note that ONLY the
accredited courses listed below are
available for the 2014/2015 session.
Therefore, only candidates that have chosen
any of the underlisted courses as FIRST
CHOICE should apply.

A.ONLINE PAYMENT
1. Prospective students will visit
putme.lasu.edu.ng
and select MAKE PAYMENT option in the
drop down list at the top, to make the
required payment of N2,000 for the
2014/2015 LASU Post-UTME screening
exercise.
The prospective student would be required
to submit
the following:
a)JAMB Registration Number
b)Surname, First name, Middle name
c)Email Address and telephone number
(both must be active and personal to the
applicant)
2. Click on PROCEED
3. On the next page, a TRANSACTION ID to
be used for PAYMENT would be displayed.
The candidate should copy this
TRANSACTION ID and proceed for PAYMENT
at http://www.quickteller.com/lasu
4. On http://www.quickteller.com/lasu
page,
(i) Click on PAY
(ii) Enter your email address, GSM number.
(iii) Also enter the Transaction ID copied in
step 3 above
(iv) Proceed to enter details of your ATM
card
(v) Click Process payment
(vi) Print your Payment receipt from the
screen. A
transaction message will be sent to your
email
and GSM, hence the need to use your
personal E-mail
address and GSM number above.
B.POST UTME REGISTRATION
1.After successful payment for LASU
2014/2015 Post UTME screening exercise,
return to putme.lasu.edu.ng
and select CONTINUE REGISTRATION option
in the drop down list at the top.
2.Prospective candidates should enter the
required details (JAMB Registration number,
surname and Mode of Entry – UME or DE).
3.Click on PROCEED button to load the
Registration Form.
Each applicant is expected to complete the
registration
form by providing the following
information.
Candidates will be required to upload a
scanned copy of their passport size
photograph (File Size:Not more than 20KB;
File format: JPEG [i.e. ‘.jpg’].
Application for change of passport
photograph by the candidates given
provisional admission shall NOT be allowed.
This same passport photograph, uploaded
by such candidates, will be used on their
degree certificates.
ONLY ONE CHOICE OF COURSE OF STUDY IS
ALLOWED

Candidates must possess five (5) O’ Level
credits in subjects relevant to their desired
course of study at not more than two

Credit in English Language is compulsory
for admission into all courses in Lagos State
University.
Candidates awaiting the result of NABTEB,
WAEC (May
/June) and NECO (June/July) 2014, are
eligible to apply. Note that any examination
taken after July 2014 shall not be accepted.

SCREENING SCHEDULE:
Candidates that are duly registered and
processed for the Post-UTME Screening
exercise will access their screening details
on the admissions portal at a date to be
announced later.
Candidates should please note that it is
only when an 'O' level result is deficient for
a course of choice that another deficient
result may be presented to complement.
Candidates presenting two 'O' level results
(6 credits at 2 Sittings) should ensure that
the comprehensive details of both results
are submitted.
The deadline for submission of bio-data /
'O' level results may not be extended. Any
candidate whose data are not submitted
within the stipulated time may not be
considered for Post-UTME Screening and
for admission.
Misrepresentation/falsification of
documents is a serious offence. Candidates
are therefore advised to submit genuine
documents only. Anyone found guilty of this
offence will be disqualified automatically
and in appropriate cases, be handed over
to the Law Enforcement Agencies.
Candidates are strongly advised to adhere
strictly to the guidelines stipulated above
for successful completion of the online
submissions.
Finally, candidates are requested to note
that payment of the sum of N3, 000.00 is
for processing of each applicant’s
application and for checking of result. This
